Production Process

Mingchi Machinery Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a quality supplier of motorcycle spare parts and machined metal parts, we adhere to the following procedures to provide our customers with high quality products to ensure that our customers' needs and requirements are met.

Confirm customer requirements
We need customers to provide 2D, 3D or samples, and then the development unit will evaluate whether they have the ability to develop, and then we will consult with each other on which side needs to be modified.

Mold, fixture design, and Sampling
After the design pattern is agreed upon, the development department will work with the third party to produce the final samples.

Samples and production procedures
The samples are sent to the customer for confirmation, if there is no problem, the development department needs to hand over the molds to the production department, and then instruct the operators to pay attention to the matters and set up SOPs.

In-house production and outsourcing
Punching, CO2 welding, rounding, and spot welding are processed in-house, and we need to check whether the first part meets the standard of the sample before production, while tube bending, laser, and surface treatment are outsourced to manufacturers.

Quality Control and Packaging
After all the processing is completed, the packaging staff will check the products again for defects before packing, if there is any suspicious or defective, it will be scrapped directly, only the products with no problem will be packaged for shipment.
